 Ingredients :
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • tbsp butter
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • huice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup Anisette or 1 tbsp. of anise seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
 
 How to Prepare :
  1. Melt olive oil and butter in a pan
  2. Add garlic and shrimp
  3. Stir Fry for 3 mins
  4. Remove shrimp from pan
  5. Add juice of 1 orange, white wine and anisette.
  6. Cook over high heat until sauce reduces and thickens
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Return shrimp to pan
  9. Add salt and pepper
  10. Serve with rice
