 Ingredients :
  • raw peeled & deveined shrimps
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 4 cups bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cups onion
  • 9 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 black olives, sliced
 
 How to Prepare :
  1. Heat oil and margarine
  2. Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until tender.
  3. Add shrimps and cook until opaque
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and black olives.  Heat thoroughly
  5. Server over pasta or rice
