Ingredients : |

- raw peeled & deveined shrimps
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 4 cups bell peppers, diced
- 2 cups onion
- 9 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 black olives, sliced

| How to Prepare : |
|
- Heat oil and margarine
- Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until tender.
- Add shrimps and cook until opaque
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and black olives. Heat thoroughly
- Server over pasta or rice
