Ingredients : |

- Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimps
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 3 Cups Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3/4 Cups Dry White Wine
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp crushed dry tarragon
- 3/4 Cup heavy Cream
- Salt, Pepper, Paprika

| How to Prepare : |
|
- In a large sauté pan, melt butter
- Add shrimp and cook about 4 minutes
- Drain juice and reserve
- To reserved juice, add mushrooms, & onions. Sauté till limp.
- Stir in flour. Add broth and wine while stirring.
- Reduce heat; stir in cream and shrimp.
- Cover and cook 2 mins. or until heated through
- Serve over rice or noodles.
