Ingredients : |
|
- 2 to 3 lbs of fish fillets
- 1 concentrated can of cream of mushroom
- bread crumbs
- salt & pepper
- oil
|

| How to Prepare : |
|
- Wash Fillets
- Grease pan with oil & place fillets in pan
- Drizzle olive oil on fillets
- Add salt & pepper
- Sprinkle bread crumbs
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over them
- Bake at 350 degrees until flaky.
- Broil for about minutes until it browns a bit
